There was no meeting as the Chairman did a runner, fortunately he forgot to take the Swear Box and the Two’s Box which are in the safe possession of the Cardinal.

Soapy announced that he would have to give his apologies for a number of weeks as he and Margaret were heading South for Autumn, they were wished Bon Voyage.

The Chair would also be absent for a couple of Monday’s (How will MOHGS cope without the ‘Executive’?)

The Cardinal will not be playing next Monday but would be in the Clubhouse on the MOHGS return.

He will also be missing for a further Monday in Italy!!|

I think that covers all happenings apart from visit to Hunley Sunday 5 October for an overnighter. Please let me know definites by Friday at the latest.
