Unsurprisingly this was accepted without dissent.

Competition Results;

The Competition Secretary announced that there were no 2’s posted. £1.80 carried forward to next week in the safe custody of the new Financial Guru.

Duffers of the Day with 45 points were The Cardinal, The Geezer and Crocs, together with The Laird, Two Beers, and Herbie!!

Deputy Duffers and by default Champions of the week with 49 points and £3 each were Rabbi, Johnnie and The Emperor.

Handicaps will be adjusted in the time honoured fashion with everyone’s handicap changing. Moving Day!!

Swears gleaned £3.25 ??? and Geezers Cards £2,80.

The Stand In Chairman pointed out that as it was the first Monday of the month (indeed the first Monday of the new Season) fines for inappropriate dress were in order. The Geezer claimed that his sweater was inadvertently in the wash and suggested that the fine be collected from ‘Her Indoors’

The Competition Secretary was welcomed back from holiday and Covid. Looking very George Clooney like! He gave a comprehensive assessment of the 2021/2022 season, report attached. On conclusion a spontaneous round of applause occurred, The Laird was visibly moved!

Matters Arising

Two Beers (aka Stand In) advised that 3 tees have been booked for Hexham on April 29^th. Currently ten MOHGS have requested to play, there are two more spaces available so let Two Beers know asap if anyone else wishes to attend.
